how do you make a poll topic?

I absolutely hate polls, but I have thought of a good one!

Make a new thread like you normally would, and near the bottom, it'll say 'create poll' or something of the sort. Check the box next to that, and when you click submit thread, you'll be taken to another page that lets you fill in the options.
