Admins please delete this thread if something similar already exists.

This thread is to list some of your favorite cinematic moments (some small scenes that you like may be because of a particular expression or a particular dialog or a small gesture)

For Example

From Koyla. When Shankar climbs on to the chandelier and sees Gauri at the end of the "ghungte mein chanda hai" song. I love the background score during that part.

From Asoka. When Ashok is having a back and a person attacks him from behind. Then seeing that Ashok may get information about who sent him, his brother kills this man from a distance. I love the moment when SRK make that "Aah" sound.

you picked two of my fabvourite movies!

another moment from KOYLA is when SRK steps in the manure and sheepishly looks up to Madhuri and starts dancing in the manure. His expression is priceless. So many wonderful moments in KOYLA, and in ASOKA too.

In ASOKA, I loved it when he kissed his arm where his mother had touched him...

I love all the scenes that you picked sandi and prabha...

Another moments in Asoka… when he knew about the death of kouruaki and thought that the ash in front of him is her…So he was searching in it and then start crying loudly…It was so painful because you heard his voice while crying…Every time I see this scene I start crying…
And the way SRK looks when he put the ash in his face is quite sad and scary…

And the scene after that is so touching when he hitting his face with the hand of the other man…The look in his eyes is braking you heart!!...

Also the scene when he knew that his wife is pregnant…You feel like he is happy for real…The way he put his hand on her head and said son..My son!!...
And when his mother dead!!...The dialogue and the way he is telling it are just perfect…And how he wants his mother to talk!!...Really make you cry forever!!..Oh god there is just lots of moments in the film that I'm sure if I want to continue I will end telling every scene in the film :D

In Don… The last scene when Roma remember Don's words..."I like wild cats and how the look in his eyes when he is staring at her while the ministration car was way to leave…Oh God I never seen this look in his eyes before.

Also in Dilse...I want to picked one but It seems that all the scenens in the film is just a special moments of cinema for me...

I also have a lot of cinematic moments. One of them is from KANK, when Dev and Maya met at the harbour. There's one moment when you can see all the anguish, the sadness, the love, the knowledge of crossing a point of no return in Devs face.
Then there's Kal Ho Naa Ho, the moment when Naina is led down the stairs to him, she dressed like a bride in white, he in black at the foot of the stairs, and in his face you see he's very well aware what he is giving up.
Oh, and that moment at that public phone after the diary scene. You see all the pain in his face, he's trying to find a way out, but there is none.

Gruß,
Sema

I love that scenes in KHNH...

I remember The scene in KANK when Maya wants to be a friend to Dev…The whole scene was just Fab…The way he looked at her and said that he is feeling pain and want to set is very touching…And how they kept silence and Dev ask her to take a Gum and then he through its paper on the floor and she want to picked it up and he tell her to leave it…Really very well made scene…The way he hold his knee with lots of pain is really sad...It's my favorite scene in the film.

The first time I saw the movie was on TV and after that scene the channel stop working…And they stop showing the movie telling there is a technical problem then after about 15 minutes they show it again!!!...And guess what?? They skipped the scene after that!!...Can you believe it!!...I was in a very angry mood that night.

Lovely Moments listed by eveyone. I feel like watching all his film again.

Here are few more I like

From PBDHH : The entire sequence when Ajay goes to drop Ria home starting from the Umbrella till the time she sees him playing stapu outside her house.

From Yea Boss : When Rahul Boss' wife comes to meet them on their supposed honeymoon. Love his expression when Seema sees him in her nighty. Lovely.

From DDLJ : The Final confrontation scene. I melt whenever I see it. Especially when Raj says this line "to kya hua agar yeh awara tumhe deewanon ki tarah pyar karta hai, to kya hua" (sorry I can't translate)

From DDLJ : His expression where he is looking at Simran's father while boarding the train. He keeps looking into his eyes. Fantastic.

From RBGG : When Raj comes back from Delhi. Renu asks him what he brought for her and he said "main aaya na" (I have come). That was so sweet.

great scenes you guys have mentioned...

I love the scene before the song suraj hua maddham in K3G, I could watch it over and over again :thud: the way he looks at Kajol, the way he touches her :thud: simply amazing.

In KKHH the scene where SRK and Kajol meet after years again and the following scene. To die for.

In DDLJ the scene after the song Zara sa jhoom loon main, the way he looks at her while telling her that he knows what she thinks of him and says that he's a true Indian and would never do such a thing, and than the hug :thud:

In VZ the scene where he rescues Preity and looks at her for the first time combined with the song tere liye in background, a precious scene!!

From Koyla when Madhuri touches his feet...OMG I love this scene!!

Of course the Aur Paas scene

In HTHS the scene where he wants to play football or volleyball with Madhuri, he looks so cute there :D

(could someone please tell me to stop)

In Devdas the scene where he tells Aish that it was impossible for her to miss him since he never left her and was with her in each breath. The final scene is also worth a mention.

There are so many scenes I could mention here...

...the last scene of Dil Se, when he begs her to say that she loves him - fantastic (the voice!).

...the bangle scene in K3G - that's what actually made me a SRK (and hindi film) fan :) : very sensual, without being explicit in any way. The chemistry they share and srk's charisma in that scene are unbelievable.

...the scene at the end of VZ (I think during the credits) when she feeds him - it always make me cry. It's such a happy, intimate yet very sad moment (all the wasted time!) and it's so beautifully done.

...the water scene in Swades - a very intense moment.

...I better don't start with OSO, because I simply loved it :)

KANK: There are lots but the ballet scene and the scene where he tells Maya she is his just gives me goosebumps

Chalte Chalte: The scene at the end of Suno Na; Great chemistry!, Also the look he gives when Rani slaps him. The airport scene at the end is also worth mentioning

Paheli: The scene after Dheere Jalna, when he tells her the what a ghost really means.

KKHH: The hospital scene between Rani and Shahrukh

there are lots of moments...

one recent cinematic moment that left me speechless was the re-introduction scene of Kabir Khan in Chak De. The camera simply focused on his eyeballs and he simply moved them looking down playing a bit of finger hockey on the table. Then he says "Hamla samnewale ki goal par nahi, dimag par karna chahiye!" *Goosebumps*

SRK has had such amazing introductions, but IMO this one is even more impactful than his elongated introductions on helicopter and boat in K3G or KHNH or even blasting on to the stage in DTPH. So simple yet such an amazing impact... clever direction.

Adding to this list, his intro in Mohabbatein. Closeup of his eyes, when he open his eyes playing the violin

I think I should point out scenes in film by film.

Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna

* The first bench scene where Rani is in her wedding outfit. The dialogue is great and well delivered by two actors.
I especially love SRK's laugh while saying "soch kar kaun shaadi karta hai".
And when they keep repeating the remarks "you can't take that long to answer" and "that's not answering my question".

* Hospital dialogue.
Rishi "I came to meet the black beast, my wife"
Rhea "I am so sorry, it's all my husband's fault."
Rishi "Aapke pati black beast?"
Rhea "No, mera pati silf beast hai.

Dev "Are you happy?"
Maya ".............."
Dev " you can't take that long to answer". They repeat the same remark after 3 years.

*When Maya left home after having a fight with Rishi, the music while walking to the station is very intense and put me in trance. The dialogue is just overwhelming when they met at the station. Rani's strong "Jawaab do Dev! I wanna know!" and SRK's dialogue "Akele station kya kare? Bingo! Bingo! I think I have the answer. ... Jawab sun ka jao! I love you Maya. And you love me too"..the shot from above and both of them split towards opposite directions... so beautiful....goosebumps.

* Whenever SRK acts jealous, I love it. "Bahut bhula laga uskelie, huh?" ....
"main nahin sae sakta. .... Main nahin kar sakta, main tumhi" (almost crying)"main tumhi uske saath nahin dekh sakta. Tum meri ho Maya, silf meri ..."

*The ending is kind of weepy. But at very end, SRK and Rani laugh about him going to jail and her wearing silly saaree is very well performed.

I can go on and on and on. Please somebody, stop me!!
