Front Page and Media Gallery Problems Update [Archive]

The admins have had a lot of PMs from members not able to login to the Front Page and Media Gallery. The webmaster is trying to fix the problem. Meanwhile here's a suggestion - please visit Maryah's site for videos and SRKFanatic's site for picture gallery. Both sites are fantastic. :)

I'm not concerned as much with Front Page log-in as I can log in to the forum itself .But I have not been receiving any notifications for some time. Feeling like a real lurker. Thanks as always.

Email notifications stopped working a while back, and the Webmaster doesn't seem to be able to fix it. In the meanwhile, what I do is just click on "New Posts" each time I come to the website. :)

I know you guys are still working, and i dont want to irritate anyone by saying that i still can't log in to the front page. And i know, it must be a tough job to run the gallery!
But i just wanne say... - i'm going crazy :pullhair: ... :wall: - i miss the gallery sooo much!

Nope, the situation is still the same as described in the first post. There's nothing we admins can do about it, our power doesn't extend that far. :D

I can't still log in in the gallery and the front page since february.

The only difference is, that the last few month I got the message:

Incorrect Username or password

But now, I get the message:

Your username is banned, please contact the admin.

Also the links in the forum to new added Clips of SRK don't work. None of them.

Is there any solution soon, that would solve the problem?

Can I create a new name or a new password to use the gallery?

When I try to get on the forum from the front page I get the following message:
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/shahrukh/public_html/forcon/index.php on line 304"

I get the same if I click on SRK Forum when I'm here. It was working fine this morning.
I managed to come in via the back door, so to speak, by going on Login Problems and Forum Jump. :shrug:

I tried logging in from the front page to this if that had been mended as well but I was thrown out as usual.:D

I have tried a temp workaround because most people were not able to visit the forum. Webmaster is still to fix this.

There's something wrong with the index page. This is a temporary fix so people can still visit the site.

Only the webmaster can fix it.

There will be no log in from the front page. You need to log in with the user name and password that you have here for the forum to access the gallery. You cannot access the gallery from the forum. If you try to do so you'll be asked to login again to get into the gallery. Please don't keep changing your passwords all the time as it then does not get updated in the front end.

same here, posts are not as much as i have..but cant remember how much i have...
äh stupid question....the gallery normally works with the same password witch we have witch the forum? when it will be activ again. because since a long while before the server has set up i cant get in with my forum password. but may be i missed some announcements.

The irony is that while the forum was down, I was able to access the gallery for the first time in months. :duh:
