Login in problems to the forum [Archive]

Hi dear Admins,

I am writing this on behalf of Saadib. She has problems to log in - when she tries she is getting this message "...this username doesn't exits" and her e-mail address (isb3001@yahoo.de) can't be found either.

Would it be possible to contact her? That would be very nice of you.

I just searched for that user name, and it really doesn't exist in the forum Members List. Are we sure of the exact spelling? Is she a new member, or one that's been around for a while? If new, please tell her to try registering again, and then to let us know the user name (through you maybe?) so we can check her status.

Thank you - I'll tell her. She wasn't online for month because she was ill she told me now but she said, she is a member for a long time. I'll ask her again since when and what you suggested.

Well she told me again, that she is a longtime member and that her screen name is saadib. She also tried to register again but she never got an confirmation mail.

Tell her to check now. She should be able to login. :) Tell her to keep the same username and email address.

I hope the site gets fixed soon. I myself cannot log into the Gallery.
So is there anything I should tell Deepika? She authorized the account, but it won't allow her to log into the forum, only the front page.

I wasn't talking about you, I was telling the members who can't login to the front page.

Can you PM me her username and email please, if you know it? I wan't to make sure it's the same person.

not really a log in problem but one of my friends is not able to post inspite of being logged in.her username is ams.sorry if its O/T because i dont know where else to post this. :shrug:
