As many soccer enthusiasts may know, the Bundesliga started the second half of the season today with a top game. The HSV received record winner Bayern Munich here in Hamburg. The stadium was of course sold out with 60 000 tickets sold, the game was covered live in around 170 countries worldwide.
Munich hasn't lost a game eleven times in a row now, and only last week in a championship won 5:1 against another Bundesliga club. Therefore even local media in Hamburg had very little hope that the game could end any other way but with a win for the Bavarians.
Well, game is over now, and HSV won 1:0 against Munich. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: The noise outside is impressive for that time of night!
A nice side effect is that Hamburg tops the Bundesliga for now. Let's hope they can secure this spot till summer when the season is over! :fingerscr
Gruß,
Sema,
very happy - winning against Munich is much better than winning against any other Bundesliga club. :D
