The press is still full of idiots. They said what a perfect timing good for publicity for the film. I think that annoyed him, how sick people can think. Whats great about this publicity, how is it publicity helping apart from giving more headache and stress.

Some young lady reporter trying to find her foothold in her new job asked that question about publicity. He was clearly irritated. And I loved what he said, 'Darling, I am publicity'. Take that!

Agree with you. I don't see them making fun of SRK. I think we are getting too sensitive about comments made by the press. They all were having a lot of fun. They sympathise with him. I have watched Aaj Tak and HT and I don't think I saw anyone making fun in a mean sort of way with SRK.

Right Abaya. I just finished watching the video directly on the Aaj Tak website, and see that Abhishek Srivastav clearly mentioned that these things are a mode of cheap publicity just before a film's release. SRK himself pointed this out in a subtle manner during his press conference where he referred to films being vulnerable at the time of their release.

My only prayer now is that the name change should not in anyway, negatively impact the film. I know that this controversy has resulted in the film getting additional publicity, however, I hope that people do not assume this to be a new film.

That was a point that SRK brought up but he says people seeing the posters will make people realise that BB and Billu are the same.

I was just reading your post and realised that without the word <beep>, the title becomes more earthy and rustic, if you know what I mean. And that, in a way, takes away from it the 'metro film' tag, thereby, probably, just probably, appealing a bit more to the people in the interiors.

This is so stupid that I can't think straight. I am so happy that I'm not in India so I will not be subjected to the beeping out of barber or whatever they are going to do to easy the ruffled senses of these morons. If I had to it would reduce the enjoyment of the film because I would be so mad. I really wished SRK did not agree to do this. Their argument would/should be laughed out of court. Now that AK has gone back to his slumber, these guys are left with no option but to change whom they want to get hold of for their TRPs. I have stopped watching that stupid channel altogether. Earlier I never liked it because of people like Arnab Goswami - who IMO - is the most biased news anchor ever, and recently they have only reaffirmed my [lack of] faith in them with all their nonsense about SRK.

This was great press conference and SRK as usuall very nice speaker - gave an excellent answers to all questions. He was looking very sharp and did not want to show his pain so was wearing sun-glasses but it looked nice on him.
