Gallery: Can't access the Ads videos

In browsing the gallery to see if we already had an ad video, I noticed that I cannot access the ads folder. I have an option to add album to cart, but I cannot click the picture (because it doesn't appear) to enter the gallery. We do have an Ads Videos gallery, right?

Yes, there is an Advertisment section in the gallery. For me it works fine. Maybe it helps if you log out once and try it once again?

I tried that, but it was the same. I can access the folders from the links in the current events downloads part of the forum, but not from the SRK Gallery link at the top of the forum, nor from the front page.

Turns out we did have the videos I was wondering about, but if they weren't listed in the current events downloads section I would have no way of seeing them.

Additional information on the problem I'm having:
I'm using Firefox (my primary browser). I tried IE and it worked fine, but IE only works on my computer 25% of the time, so that's not a viable long-term solution.
I have cleared my Firefox cache and cookies, rebooted my computer, and still the clickable icon for Advertisements does not appear.

Carol your Account and Gallery are fine. This is a browser issue, which I am not sure how to rectify. I will ask the webmaster.

I also have a problem with the ads in the gallery:

I tried to download a whole folder to update my own archive and received this error message: Platform Error
An error has occurred while interacting with the platform.

For testing purposes, I tried to download the 'Airtel' folder both with Firefox and IE, and got the same error message in both browsers.
Is anything going on with the gallery, or is this a problem on my end?

The technicalities: I use Firefox 3.0.11 with Win Vista as OS, IE was updated to version 8 only yesterday.

While I can view the ads without any problem I get the same error message if I try to download:

"An error has occurred while interacting with the platform."

I'm on Firefox3.0.11 and Vista Home Premium; I stay away from IE as much as I can...
