Quote icon changed?

Mods, and admins, hope you have noticed that the "Quote" icon has changed, and what is there now isn't really in concurrence with the functionality :D Is it deliberate, or a bug? Sorry am opening a new thread, since the others in this sub-forum are closed.

hmm... Looks like a browser issue. I have just switched to Opera, and they seem to have messed up something. I reloaded the image now and it's looking fine. Thanks guys :)
