Graphics Competition III [Round 3 POLL]

Welcome to poll number 3.

Same as last time, we want you to vote for your LEAST favorite entry in the poll, but we also want you to declare your favorite entry in your comments. So, please comment on all the entries as you wish, but we will really appreciate it if you mention your favorite entry as well. That way, we can declare a 'winner' for each round, and the amount of wins that someone has will come into play in the final round.

The theme is an 800x600 or a 1024x768 wallpaper justifying the phrase 'item boy', interpreted any way the participant wishes.

Please, make sure you comment on your favorite, at least. And participants, please don't take any negative comments about your entry the wrong way. We're here to learn and get better.

Voting will last til May 4th. One entry will be eliminated.

And please don't vote for the first option.

Not anymore. The first time I looked, C was only halfway loaded, but it's fine now.

They are all wonderful wallies, I'll add all of them to my collection.
My favourite is the last one (F), the line there is just
I think I'll vote C out, it's for me the most unimaginative one.
Please don't feel bad, the wallies are all great, this will be a tough and close poll.

I'm not good that commenting on these (actually I don't know how to ) so I'll just pick my favorites.

C is my favourite It's already on desktop.

My next pick would be F
Silsilay,Kaal and Shakti and that line Too good!

I voted out D because I had to vote something out.It's no way bad.

F make me laugh! Hey, but I liked some of those movies! I liked Kaal..it was about a topic that I'm passionate about (no, not ghosts, lol wildlife preservation)
Not yet decided on my favourite and least favourite...I'll think about it some more lol

My favorite entry is A.... I just love it!

Its hard to vote off one. All are so good. Really good. So I thought a while and came back and decided to vote off F. I liked it too but the background color was not appealing enough.

A- Very appealing color, minimalistic and still makes a statement. Best of all I like the way the 'item' word is used. The only wallie which used the word 'item' very creatively. Very nice.

B- B is good, the pics need to be switched to match the words. But the bottom pics show his transformation from the boy-next-door to an item boy very well. Good job.

C - I absolutely love the swirl of color, the pics, the font, everything. I love the mystery of the top pics, just his hands and then his feet shown. Fabulous! Only thing that I don't understand is where's the 'item' part in it? How is he an item? That isn't explained.

D - Very good use of the item boy concept here. He's not shown in any of his item pics but he's eye candy and he's an item boy alright with the ladies around him. Very nicely done. I fainted (again) when I saw that left pic.

E - I love the bold colors, SRK's pose is very dramatic and fantastic. The bottom pics beautiful.

F - The one I voted out. Very nice actually, the line is hilarious, but the font and background color were the reasons I voted it off. It looks grainy, like an old newspaper.

Voted F off, Favorites A and C But I chose A as my final favorite.

wow they are all so great.

my favourite ones are E and F. i like these bacuse they both have pictures from shahrukh's different item numbers and E is very bright and eyecatching and i like the puctures in the circles in F and plus the line..

i'm gonna choose F as the favourite from E & F because that line is just too funny and the expression of shahrukh from the ishq kamina picture goes with the line..

A few changes.

Entry A - I like the colors, the tagline, and the overall concept. It fits with the theme.

Entry B - The two main pics should have been switched, the 'boy next door' pic should come first. Ok concept, not really feeling it though.

Entry C - I really love this one. The 'fire', the way the top pics are handled, the way the bottom pics are blended together, and I love the font used. (PS, the person who made this, please PM me the name of that font. ). But, SRK's appearance in I See You was not an 'item number'. The pics used have nothing to do with 'item'. I feel this person did not keep with the theme given.

Entry D - I don't get an 'item boy' vibe from this one. None of the pics used are from any of his item numbers.

Entry E - I like the half-circle used on the top half. The blue background/red font combo doesn't work for me though. I'd use a lighter color for the font. I like the choice of pics at the bottom.

Entry F - Love that tagline, it's perfect. I love the brilliance of the Silsilay pic. The original, from caps I've made, is cut off right above his eyebrow. This person added his hair. It's amazing. The one thing I don't like is the fonts. They aren't crisp, better fonts could have been used.

Favorite - it's between A and C. But I think I'll go with A because it used 'item' in a different way, and C doesn't really follow the theme given.

Guys, I'm not trying to garner more votes for myself or anything, but you need to be voting on how well people followed the theme as well as overall design. If we all just made random wallies that didn't follow the theme, what's the point? Please take everything into consideration.

If you feel the one you're voting as your favorite did follow the theme, that's fine. But don't just vote blindly, vote for the overall product.
